Aimed at Honda owners, #HondaLove seeks original, positive stories about owning a Honda vehicle. Honda will then create Vine videos to respond to selected Tweets.

Although each video app has unique characteristics, it doesn't appear as though Vine has suffered a decrease in usage since Instagram Video's debut. A social video marketing campaign in support of HelloFlo, a monthly tampoon delivery service, has generated more than 2.5 million views since its July 29th launch. Additionally, the video caused a temporary shutdown of the HelloFlo website, due in part to the sheer amount of site visitors. The service created an authentic video that used a little bit of humor to tell what is sometimes an uncomfortable story.

In a social video context, YouTube videos average 19 retweets and Instagram videos generate seven retweets. The study was based on brands that tweeted all three types of social video content.
